We listen to the industry – to financiers and developers – to monitor trends, anticipate movements and identify 'quality rather than quantity’ investment opportunities.
How it works
- Upon receiving your initial phone enquiry, one of our lending specialists can generally advise if a lending proposal aligns with our lending capabilities.

- If the initial enquiry is accepted, we then require detailed proposal information.
- Generally, proposals are reviewed by our credit committee within seven days, dependent on receipt of requested information.
- Approval from the credit committee will result in a letter of offer sent to you the following day.
- On acceptance of the letter of offer our due diligence process will commence.
- The average time from acceptance to settlement is three to five weeks.
