Peter Drake - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO Peter is principally responsible for the strategic vision, direction and the structured growth of LM.
Peter has been involved in the financial services industry since 1978, and is particularly active in investment product design. Working closely with LM's Portfolio Manager to manage the growth of funds under management, Peter also plays an integral role in LM's Funds Management Committee and Credit Committee.
Peter's vision of an innovative and prudential funds manager holds true as LM continues its dynamic growth in the Australian financial services sector. top of page

Lisa Darcy - Executive Director
Lisa joined LM in 1998 and was appointed Executive Director in September 2003. Lisa is principally responsible for all accounting functions of both LM Investment Management Ltd and its registered schemes. She works closely with LM's Portfolio Manager to manage the growth of funds under management. Lisa plays an integral role in LM's Funds Management Committee and Credit Committee.
With more than 20 years experience in the banking and financial planning industry, including financial accounting and funds management, Lisa makes a valuable contribution to LM's ongoing management of investment funds and financial services. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University. top of page

Geoff Rollings - Commercial Lending Specialist and Senior Mortgage Manager
Prior to joining LM in 2000, Geoff enjoyed a successful career in quantity surveying, last employed by Rider Hunt Quantity Surveyors (1989 – 2000). With more than 38 years' experience in the building and property development industries domestically and abroad, Geoff has been employed by consultancies and building companies, and has also run his own surveying consultancy company.
As a Team Leader within LM's Commercial Lending department, Geoff is actively involved in all aspects of loan procurement and due diligence, primarily in the areas of mortgage management, arrears management and special projects.
As part of the Credit Committee, alongside other members Geoff is responsible for prudently assessing and approving loan requests on property assets around Australia . He also sits on LM's Property Research and Analysis Committee (PRAC), Arrears Management Committee and Funds Management Committee.
Geoff trained in England at The College of Estate Management to qualify as a Quantity Surveyor and became an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1973. top of page |

Ben Fisher - Chief Information Officer, Information Technology
With more than 10 years' information technology experience in various industries including financial services and telecommunications, Ben has a solid business focus on information management, customer relationship management and client communication solutions.
Combined with his formal qualification, a Bachelor of Information Systems from University of NSW, Ben's specific exposure to systems development, from business analysis through to project and senior management, positions him well as LM's Chief Information Officer.
Ben has significant experience in change management, knowledge management and a sound understanding of the requirements for continuous improvement. This was gained as a result of working with many large blue-chip companies in his previous managerial role with a prominent communication solution company, SecurityMail. Ben's previous experience also saw him working as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers based in Australia and the United States.
Ben commenced working for LM in September 2001 and is responsible for the continuous improvement of LM's IT systems, including the 2004 implementation of funds administration software Composer. top of page

Carolyn Hodge - Business Standards & Compliance Manager / Company Secretary
As LM's Business Standards & Complaince Manager, Carolyn is responsible for facilitating best practice standards and compliance within the organisation. This is achieved by identifying and rectifying risks of non-compliance and inefficiencies, conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance and business standards and mantaining compliance plans, programs and systems. In addition Carolyn is the LM Company Secretary and is a member of the Compliance Committee and Funds Management Committee.
Carolyn has more than 16 years' experience in accounting and finance management. Prior to joining LM in 2002, Carolyn held the position of Auditor for the Queensland Audit Office, Brisbane.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business with an accounting major from Griffith University . She is also a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), as well as a member of the Australian Compliance Institute (ACI) and the Independent Compliance Committee Members Forum (ICCMF). top of page

Francene Maree Mulder - Executive Director, General Manager Distribution/Product
Francene commenced with LM Investment Management Ltd in 1999, following a 20 year career in the commercial, legal and securities sectors.
Prior to joining LM, Francene held managerial positions focused on the areas of commercial mortgages, conveyancing and the property sector. Specific experience in mortgage securities and the marketing of financial products provided a solid background for Francene to successfully undertake her role within LM.
As Executive Director, Francene is primarily responsible for the marketing and expansion of distribution of LM's products on a wholesale and retail basis, throughout Australia and international markets. Francene takes an active role in the direction of all client communication, company communication and service. Francene is also a member of the Property Research and Analysis Committee, Funds Management Committee, Credit Committee and Arrears Committee.

Sharon Duffy - Investment Services Manager
Prior to joining LM, Sharon held positions focused on operations, administration and Information Technology. Commencing with LM as Operations Manager Sydney during June 2001, Sharon brought with her 15 years of experience in the financial services sector.
Now based in Head Office on the Gold Coast, as Investment Services Manager Sharon oversees a staff of approximately 20 people, primarily responsible for managing the processing and administrative requirements of the LM Funds, for Australian and international clients.
LM's Investment Services Department processes approximately 25,000 transactions each month.
Sharon is a member of LM's Senior Executive Committee. top of page

Eghard van der Hoven - Portfolio Manager & Executive Director
In 2003 Eghard joined LM as Portfolio Manager, responsible for the monitoring and ongoing performance of LM's various funds.
As Executive Director, Eghard's sound understanding of the investment industry spanning almost 20 years includes extensive experience in stock broking, auditing, investment analysis, business strategy and policy planning. As the Chair of LM's Funds Management Committee, Eghard is responsible for joint decisions in relation to the asset allocation, geographic spread allocation, cash flow, delivery rate forecasting and budgeting of LM's funds. Eghard also sits on the Credit Committee and the Arrears Management Committee.
He holds a Master of Commerce, majoring in Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Economics, from University of Pretoria , South Africa. top of page

David Monaghan - Commercial Lending Manager and Risk Manager
David is responsible for the management of LM's commercial lending team, which comprises a diverse group of highly professional staff who manage all loans from initial broker contact, to serviceability analysis, loan documentation and settlement, construction draws and loan management, to final loan payout. David's role is to combine the collective skills of the commercial lending team to facilitate the provision of exceptional, professional service to LM's borrower clients.
David's role as Group Risk Manager involves the investigation, assessment and management of business risk within LM. David's background as a practicing solicitor equips him well for this position, which requires an in-depth understanding of the commercial and regulatory context in which LM operates.
David's professional background incorporates accounting and law. Prior to being admitted as a Solicitor, David worked in the Commonwealth Attorney General's Department and as an Insolvency Supervisor with KPMG. David joined Feez Ruthning (the predecessor of national law firm Allens Arthur Robinson) in 1988. He practiced in the area of commercial litigation and dispute resolution in Allens' Brisbane and Gold Coast offices for 14 years, and was appointed Special Counsel in 2000. In 2002 David became a Partner with Gold Coast law firm Hickey Lawyers, where he managed a commercial litigation practice comprising eight lawyers.
David chairs the Credit Committee, and also sits on LM's Compliance Committee, Funds Management Committee, Property Research and Analysis Committee and Arrears Management Committee.
David's qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Master of Laws (Advanced) from the University of Queensland. top of page |

Simon Tickner - Head of Loan Procurement and Assessment
In 2001 Simon immigrated to Australia with his family, following a 20 year career in trading and broking financial derivatives in London 's money markets.
Having established LM's Sydney Office that year, Simon has since overseen its growth to a team of approximately ten staff, also managing LM's business development in the southern states of Australia .
As Head of LM's Loan Procurement and Assessment Team, Simon travels throughout Australia to source and assess new lending opportunities for LM. Simon's extensive ‘on the ground' knowledge of Australia 's many property markets provides valuable insight and statistical research for LM's Property Research and Analysis Committee.
Simon is a member of the Credit Committee, Funds Management Committee and Property Research and Analysis Committee. top of page

Grant Fischer - Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Grant is responsible for the overall financial management of LM and its registered schemes. Grant works closely with the CEO, Portfolio Manager and Executive Directors to position LM for further growth.
Grant's experience as a financial executive for over 20 years has covered many different industries with extensive exposure to business operations within the Asia Pacific region. Having worked for many large multinationals, Grant has a solid understanding of financial compliance and strong internal systems to manage company growth and informed decision making.
Grant is a member of LM's Credit Committee, Funds Management Committee and Arrears Management Committee.
Grant is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Taxation. top of page
