Our staff take full advantage of what South East Queensland has to offer by living on the water, near the water, with water views, or even on acreage in the beautiful Gold Coast hinterland.

Although well known for its beaches, the Gold Coast offers so much more: pristine waterways which are perfect for boating, sea kayaking, diving and fishing; easy access to vineyards and the 'arts centre' of the hinterland; a beautiful natural environment with waterfalls, rain forest and hiking tracks and all within 30 minutes' drive from the office. (We have an LM Adventure Club, which aims to do a walk once a month).

Gold Coast – a dynamic region

The Gold Coast City Council reports that the Gold Coast is Australia 's 6th largest city with almost 470,000 residents and around 60,000 businesses. It is home to many large, highly successful internationally-acclaimed companies with Head Offices located on the Gold Coast - this includes Billabong, Riviera Boats and Sunland Group.

The Gold Coast is growing by more than 14,000 residents each year, making it the fastest growing city in Australia. In 2021, the population is predicted to exceed 700,000.

Our philosophy is that we want staff who are committed and work hard but also look after themselves, who see their family, who exercise (we have a yoga instructor who runs a weekly class at LM for staff) and who have a social life, not someone working 12 hour days.
